Group/Centre Activities

Connect, engage, and thrive through structured group programs and social outings in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

What is Group/Centre Activities?

Group and Centre Activities are NDIS-funded supports that bring participants together in structured, professionally facilitated programs. These activities are designed to foster social connection, build life skills, and provide meaningful engagement for people with disability in a supportive group setting.

At Disability Dream Care, our group programs take place in community venues, day activity centres, and out in the broader community through organised excursions. Our experienced support workers facilitate a wide range of activities — from creative arts and cooking classes to sports days and cultural outings — carefully designed to be inclusive, enjoyable, and enriching for every participant.

We believe that social participation is fundamental to wellbeing. Our group programs are not just activities — they are opportunities to build genuine friendships, develop confidence, practise communication skills, and feel a strong sense of belonging. Group sizes are kept small to ensure every participant receives the attention and support they need to fully participate.
