Our Story

Built on a Commitment to Care

Disability Dream Care was founded with a clear purpose: to provide the kind of support that truly makes a difference in a person's life. We are based in Seaford Heights in Adelaide's southern suburbs, and we serve participants across South Australia.

We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming. Our experienced team is here to make the process simple — from your first enquiry through to delivering consistent, high-quality support that adapts as your goals evolve.

Every member of our team is carefully selected, trained, and supported to deliver services that meet the NDIS Practice Standards. We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and hold ABN: 46 634 781 971.

Our Commitment to NDIS Participants

As an NDIS registered service provider, Disability Dream Care adheres to the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. We deliver supports under a broad range of registration groups, enabling participants to access comprehensive, consistent care under a single trusted provider.

We support participants with Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, and NDIA-Managed plans, and we work proactively with support coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.

Our commitments include:

  • Developing individual support plans in collaboration with each participant
  • Regular reviews to ensure supports remain relevant and effective
  • Transparent communication and detailed progress notes
  • Employing only qualified, NDIS worker-screened support staff
